Young Carers Support Group - Aged 7-11 years - Boys and Girls
This group meets monthly to have fun and share experiences.
WHEN: 4.00pm – 5.00pm. First Tuesday of each month (during school term).

Young Carers – Girls Support Group – Aged 12- 16 years
The girls meet monthly to do a range of activities depending on their interests.
WHEN: 4.00pm – 5:15pm. Third Tuesda of each month (during school term).

Mental Health Carers Support Group
This is a support group for family members and friends caring for someone living with mental health issues.
WHEN: 6.00pm – 8.00pm. Fourth Wednesday of each month.

Keeping Families Connected
This is a five week group program offered by Carers ACT to help families and friends who are caring for someone with a mental health issue and/or a drug dependency. See the Education and Training Page for more information.

CALD Support Groups
Carers ACT runs the Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) Carers Program to provide support and facilitate access to services for Carers from non English speaking backgrounds. As part of this program, Carers ACT maintains twelve cultural support groups for CALD Carers. A full list of the groups can be found here.
